This sauce is creamy, mild, and full of garlic and flavor.  We took the beloved Shishito peppers and fire roasted them just like you would at home.  Then we added olive oil, sea salt, and loads of garlic to create your new favorite hot sauce.  Mild enough for everyone to enjoy liberally.
