For over 20 years, I dreamed of opening a space dedicated to hot sauces. I wanted to share these delicious bottles of heat, host tasting challenges, and delight with others in the endorphin-releasing power of the mighty hot pepper.
In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Errin and I wanted to support small sauce companies. We took to the internet for sauce recommendations and used our stimulus money to accumulate an inventory of over 150 sauces, hoping to give small makers a way to sell. Since then, we’ve grown from a single stand in a vintage market to displays in five Fort Collins businesses.
We’re so excited to run a fun family business and share the hard work of so many different and talented sauce makers. We hope you enjoy our selection of sauces.
