Why Opera Sauce? After realizing that Mediterranean food needed its own hot sauce, we set out to make one with the best ingredients native to the Mediterranean region. We named it Opera Sauce because its LOUD, passionate and intense. Not only is it perfect with pizza, pasta, paninis, eggs, seafood, proteins, gyros, falafel and kebabs.
