Inchrees The Heat ~ Ban Helsing

I am having a love affair with this sauce. Every time I open the bottle (which is MULTIPLE times per day) the smell greets me and triggers an audible "mmmmm '' followed by the 1st taste and a higher octave "mm-MMM"! Listen all, this sauce is BANANA-based and before you jump to a conclusion, hear me out.

This isn't some kitschy sauce with a random ingredient that you give a co-worker as a dare, this is a well thought out, flavor-designed sauce that is unlike anything I have ever tasted. The sheer depth of the flavors each shine in their own way (banana, pineapple, yellow bell pepper, garlic, shallots, apple cider vinegar, and more!), and then those sneaky little reaper peppers pop into the mix and linger on the back of your tongue like a warm hug. This sauce, IMHO, should be declared a culinary feat, not just in the sauce world. The makers took time and passion in this product development and for starting this as a side hobby during a pandemic, I'd say it was 100% worth it. I cannot wait to see what inchrees the heat comes up with next!
