Join the gang in flavor town. Gochujang, a fermented chili paste from Korea is used in our sauce to bring more than just heat. An underlying smoky flavor is present as well as a delicious balance of sweet and spicy.
This sauce is thick like a bbq sauce and eats like one too. Great on anything cheesy, grilled meats or even as a salad dressing.
Our Gochu-gang-gang sauce is cooked down low and slow and watched as it reaches the perfect consistency and achieves the acquired flavor.
