About The Maker
Years ago, our family had an ongoing rivalry to see who could create the spiciest dish. Our goal was to inflict enough pain on one another to earn victorious bragging rights. David, the creator of the sauces, decided it was time to make our own brand of hot sauce. In 2011, Seafire Gourmet was born. It took years for David to perfect the ideal balance of heat and flavor. The rest is history.
We have been featured on Hot Ones, Season 12, won numerous awards, highlighted in articles and had countless reviews.
We are based out of Washington State with butcher shops, grocery stores, hardware stores, boutiques, restaurants, and online retailers across the US.
