Spice Pepper ~ Pizza Boss
A recipe born from a family owned italian deli in Queens NY, created with an italian mob boss (regular customer) in mind who loved NY pizza in the 1950's and would frequent the family business. With some modifications to the recipe and added spices, Pizza Boss was born. F'ahget about it!
This pizza goes great on any past dish and of course pizza. The tomato base also does well on any and all meats. Mild to medium heat so that any and all can enjoy the exploding flavors that Pizza Boss brings!

Ingredients: Crushed Tomatoes, Water, Red Wine Vinegar, Onion, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Reaper Chili Peppers, Sugar, Garlic, Lime Juice

We are a family owned business with several years experience in cooking, baking and making hot sauce and specialty sauces. As a family we enjoy food from all different cultures and backgrounds. Sauce became a hobby of Stephen Sferazo over the past few years. He enjoyed making sauces for friends and family. Eventually demand increased and the decision to make this a business was born the beginning of 2020. We are of the belief that: Once you try our sauces you have to have them. They are that good!
